This is a venue case. Appellee Freddie Lee Countess sued appellant John R. Renshaw for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by his wife in a collision in Tarrant County. Appellant filed a plea of privilege to be sued in Wise County, the county of his residence. The plea was overruled.
