H. P. Allison and others filed this suit against R. E. Smith and others in trespass to try title to recover an undivided ¼th interest in the oil, gas, and other minerals under the northeast ¼ of Section 124, H. & T. C. R. R. Co. Survey, Block No. 25, in Scurry County, Texas.
