This is an action to quiet title, commenced by the plaintiff on February 24, 1954, covering the following property:

The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E½SE¼) Section 34, and the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW¼SW¼) and Lot 2 of Section 35, Township 148 North of Range 99 West of the 5th P.M.

The plaintiff acquired the property at public sale by contract for deed from McKenzie County, North Dakota...
