This cause originated as an action for divorce by Pete Pappas against Victoria Pappas who countered with a cross-bill for separate maintenance. The sufficiency of the pleadings stands unquestioned and it suffices to say that they were adequate. The trial court adjudged that neither party was entitled to the relief prayed and entered its decree denying Pappas a divorce and denying Mrs. Pappas...
