Studds in the sum of $22,102.47, plus interest and costs, which judgment was rendered in this Court on the 16th day of September, 1953. Colin A. Studds and the defendant, Mary Lindsay Studds, were living in Wisconsin prior to 1950, where Mr. Studds was engaged in a contracting business.
