This is an appeal from a judgment and sentence of imprisonment upon a conviction of armed bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113 and conspiracy to commit that crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, it being charged in the indictments that appellants did assault officials of the bank and put their lives in jeopardy by the use of dangerous weapons.
