This appeal is from a judgment of divorce entered by the District Court of Anderson County by which appellee was granted a divorce from appellant upon the ground that appellant was guilty of excesses, cruel treatment and outrages toward appellee of such nature as to render their further living together insupportable. Two points of error are urged. The first point is to the effect that appellee had not resided in Anderson County for six months...
