Appellant, Garnett Ward, was indicted and tried for the wilful murder of her husband, Kenneth Ward, and found guilty of voluntary manslaughter, with an attached punishment of three years' confinement in the penitentiary. Her motion for a new trial was overruled and from that order and the judgment pronounced thereon she appeals, complaining the court erred (1) in refusing to direct a verdict of acquittal at the close of the Commonwealth's evidence and...
