This action is brought by plaintiff under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C.A. § 688. The first two counts are to recover damages because of the alleged unseaworthiness of the fishing vessel "Francis Taylor", owned by defendant upon which plaintiff was employed as a seaman. The alleged ground for the unseaworthiness of the vessel is that plaintiff became ill while on a fishing trip and the defendant failed to carry upon board the necessary medicine...
