Alice Montague Gregory, et al., next of kin of Otway S. Allen, deceased, and Beverley Randolph Wellford, et al., next of kin of Mary McDonald Allen, deceased widow of Otway S. Allen, appellants, were granted an appeal from a decree entered by the court below in which a clause in the will of Otway S. Allen was construed unfavorably to them and favorably to the School Board of the City of Richmond, et al., appellees.
