Defendant appeals from a judgment entered after a hearing by the district court, adjudging claims 1, 2, 15 and 16 of Cubert letters patent No. 2,304,339, owned by plaintiffs, valid and infringed by defendant, decreeing that plaintiffs recover from defendant damages resulting from said infringement and costs and expenses, and that defendant be enjoined from further infringement.
