The suit is one to recapture subsidy payments made by the Reconstruction Finance Corporation to the defendant under the provisions of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, as amended, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 902 (e), and the pertinent regulations promulgated thereunder. The payments were made under the program far back in 1945 and 1946, and the complaint seeks judgment in the substantial amount...
