The sole question on this appeal is whether the amended complaint sets forth a cause of action based upon violation of the safe-place statute (sec. 101.06, Stats.). This is because counsel for plaintiff concedes that recovery cannot be had in Wisconsin against a religious corporation upon a cause of action grounded upon common-law negligence. Jaeger v.
