The present litigation arose out of a collision on February 1, 1953, involving four automobiles. Irene Caldwell, plaintiff in the present action, was riding in a car operated by her husband Glenn E. Caldwell which came into collision with a car driven by Jessie Victoria Odisio; also involved was one operated by John William Nevarov and another operated by Deanna Jennie Bissiri.
