Helen M. Anderson, 76 years old, a widow and childless, died on the 4th day of March, 1955. She left an alleged last will and testament dated the 30th day of July, 1954. The petition for the probate thereof by Lester R. Mosher, nephew of said deceased and the person she had nominated as her executor, was filed March 28, 1955.
