This is a compensation suit in which plaintiff claimed an award for total and permanent disability. After trial there was judgment in favor of plaintiff at the rate of $28.08 per week for the duration of his disability, not exceeding 400 weeks, subject to credit for compensation paid over a period of 31 weeks.
