This is an interpleader action instituted by the Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association (hereinafter called the Bank) against Rose Carr, Sherman Lee Carr, Rey Alexander Carr, and Norman N. Carr, as trustee for Sherman Lee Carr and Rey Alexander Carr. Sherman Lee and Rey Alexander are the minor sons of Rose and Norman.
