J. Howard Snively and his two sons, the plaintiffs in these consolidated actions, are the owners of a tract of land situated on the north shore of Angle lake, a nonnavigable lake in King county. They have subdivided the tract into residential lots, which they have been endeavoring to sell. On the easterly end of the tract they have constructed a summer home, a pier, rafts, and a boat house.
