Charles Persons of Saginaw, Michigan, died on January 28, 1948, leaving an instrument purporting to be his last will and testament. It was dated January 2, 1948, and made his 4 adult children nominal beneficiaries, but left the major portion of his estate to the proponent, Vera Hulse. Charles Persons died at the age of 61 years from cancer. He was divorced from his wife in 1933. As a result of his marriage he had 2 sons and 2 daughters, contestants in this...
