Charles Persons of Saginaw, Michigan, died on January 28, 1948, leaving an instrument purporting to be his last will and testament. It was dated January 2, 1948, and made his 4 adult children nominal beneficiaries, but left the major portion of his estate to the proponent, Vera Hulse.
