This is an action for a declaratory judgment on a life insurance policy. It was originally instituted in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, from whence it was removed to the federal court, there being diversity of citizenship and more than the statutory amount involved. In plaintiff-appellant's petition for declaratory judgment he asks the court to construe the policy of insurance involved as an ordinary life insurance contract...
