This is an action to annul a conveyance of property executed by plaintiff in an act of sale to her son-in-law, defendant herein, on the ground that the said conveyance was in reality a donation in disguise, which donation, being one omnium bonorum, was a nullity by reason of the prohibition set forth in Article 1497 of the LSA-Civil Code. After trial there was judgment in favor of defendant rejecting the demands of plaintiff, from which she prosecutes...
