The plaintiffs appeal from a judgment entered against them by the district court. The suit was based upon the plaintiffs' claim to ownership, to the extent of $7,500, of a check for $13,226.12 to the order of Associated Football Charities, Inc. which had been delivered to one Douglas G. Hertz with the approval of the president of that corporation. Hertz caused it to be deposited to the credit of the corporation...
