In this action the plaintiff seeks to recover damages for rent under a written lease, for the expenses of redecorating the apartment and for attorney's fees as provided in the instrument. The action was brought by writ and complaint dated May 11, 1955, and made returnable to the Court of Common Pleas on the first Tuesday of June, 1955.
