Plaintiff-respondent was awarded a judgment in the Municipal Court on a group life insurance policy issued by the appellant to the Pocketbook Workers Union and on appeal to the Appellate Term the judgment was affirmed, one Justice dissenting. No opinion was rendered by either court.
