Charles Huron, Clerk of the Mason County Court, defaulted in the payment, to several agencies of the Commonwealth, of sums collected on their behalf. The default amounted to approximately $16,000. The Commonwealth brought action against Huron, and against the sureties on two bonds he had executed, each in the amount of $10,000. Judgment was entered against Huron on April 9, 1952, in the amount of $16,873.03. Subsequently, judgment was entered...
