This cause was commenced by an employee's petition to review an agreement for workmen's compensation which had been approved under the act then in force, general laws 1938, chapter 300. After a hearing the director of labor rendered a decision finding the petitioner no longer totally incapacitated and ordering the respondent to pay compensation on the basis of partial incapacity as therein described.
