Appellants were convicted by the court, sitting without a jury, for violation of a statute which prohibits the possession of tickets, certificates, etc., designed for the purpose of conducting a lottery.1 They base this appeal on the contention that their arrest, which was made without a warrant, was illegal because made without probable cause and therefore the trial court erred in failing to suppress the evidence...
