This is an application for leave to appeal from the denial of a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner was convicted of armed robbery on March 6, 1947, and sentenced to eight years in the Maryland Penitentiary. He was paroled in 1950, but returned for violation of parole in 1954. The only contention here is that the term continued to run during parole, and that he should have been credited with the time spent on...
