GARFIELD, Justice.

This is a proceeding under the Workmen's Compensation Law, chapters 85, 86, Code 1954, I.C.A., by an injured employee for increased compensation, pursuant to section 86.34. Following a hearing the deputy industrial commissioner made an award from which defendant-employer appealed to the district court. From its judgment affirming the award defendant has appealed to us.
