This appeal arose out of an action in the nature of condemnation proceedings in reverse, instituted by plaintiff in error, as plaintiff in the trial court, against defendant in error, as defendant.

In said action, plaintiff, lessee of a quarter section of State land sought damages for injuries to his "leasehold estate and interest" in the leased premises, which allegedly resulted from defendant...
