This action was brought by B.L. Bryant as the next friend of Judith E. Bryant, a minor, to recover damages from Darrell Berg, a minor, for injuries received by Judith E. Bryant when she was thrown from a pick-up truck in an accident. The defendant appeals from a judgment based on a jury verdict in plaintiff's favor for $3,000.
