This is a suit wherein plaintiff, Elmer O. Fortenberry, seeks to recover from Roy K. Mitchell and Anthony St. Pierre the sum of $245.66 with 5% interest from May 31, 1954. The petition recites that the amount sued for is the balance of the purchase price for piling and timber sold by the plaintiff to the defendants.
