Appellant has appealed from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County dismissing his complaint in mandamus to which the Attorney General of the Commonwealth filed a preliminary objection in the nature of a demurrer. Appellant's contention is that he was automatically paroled by the action of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Board of Pardons when his minimum sentence to the Allegheny County Workhouse...
