Nicolas M. Vilm died April 5, 1951. Apparently he had executed two wills, one of which is dated June 15, 1949, the date of the other does not appear in this record. The June 15, 1949 will was lodged in the county court of Jefferson County, Colorado on April 9, 1951 and apparently was not offered for probate.
