These consolidated appeals are from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Utah finding appellants guilty of violating Section 1 of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S. C.A. § 1. The grand jury indictment charged that appellants Morton Salt Company, Royal Crystal Salt Company, Deseret Livestock Company and Deseret Salt Company, together with the Stansbury Salt Company and Council M. McDaniel, not named defendants...
