The Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida, appellees, here, sued the appellants to enjoin them from dredging Lake Ariana or otherwise taking soil from such lake. In the bill of complaint it was alleged that the land comprising the bottom of Lake Ariana is a part of the sovereignty lands owned by the State for the use and benefit of the public.
