The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court. On and for several years prior to December 30, 1954, the plaintiffs were the owners of the Raymond Hotel in Lewiston. Plaintiff, Thomas W. Boise, was the local agent of the four bus lines serving Lewiston, sold tickets, maintained baggage space in the hotel and accepted, checked and delivered baggage.
