This is a suit for divorce brought by C.B. Endicott against his wife Genevieve Endicott upon the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment, rendering his life burdensome. The defendant filed an answer and cross complaint denying the allegations of the complaint and seeking a divorce from the plaintiff on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment.
