QUA, C.J.

The plaintiff was injured on June 18, 1950, while employed at the summer home of the defendant and his family in Sharon. Her employment had begun while they were living in Brookline. A verdict was directed for the defendant.

The plaintiff testified that she was a registered nurse, but her further testimony as to her duties renders it doubtful whether she was other than a domestic servant at the time of her injury. See Winchester v. Solomon...
