This is an appeal by Anthony Hile, Hubert H. Hile, Mary Katherine Hile and Rebecca J. Hile Morley, defendants in one group hereinafter called the Hiles, and defendant Cresson Hills, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania against all of the above named defendants and defendants Roscoe F. Solley and D.G. Arnold1
