Supreme Court of Texas.

Rehearing Denied October 3, 1956.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Ross H. Scott, Dallas, for petitioner.

Simpson, Clayton & Fullingim, Amarillo, for respondent.

BREWSTER, Justice.

The trial court awarded petitioner, Chester Putman, judgment on the verdict of the jury for $5,000 damages for personal injuries sustained by petitioner's wife when struck by the automobile driven by respondent, S.
