Lillian E. Paddack brought this action in the district court for Sarpy County against William R. Patrick. She therein claims a car accident, in which she was involved while driving her car, was caused by negligence of the defendant in driving his car and resulted in damage to her car and injuries to her person for which she seeks to recover.
