Mattek has pending an action against Ford Motor Company, a foreign corporation, and others, the details of which are not material. In aid of that suit Mattek has also commenced actions in garnishment against Ford dealers Gordon Motor Company, Al Shallock, Inc., and W. M. Heiser Company, all Wisconsin corporations.
