Appellants, Thomas Garner and Gilbert Thomas, brought this action in the circuit court, asking for damages against appellees, based on the alleged negligence of Cecil Scott in driving a concrete mixer belonging to C. J. Horner & Co, into the automobile in which they were riding. From a jury verdict in favor of appellees, comes this appeal.
