It is first contended that the trial court erred in holding the old road a private road, and we agree.

The original plat of Wilmer Grove Beach shows the lots of the plaintiffs extending from the north line of the old road to the lake. They purchased these lots by lot and block number. Plaintiffs contend that the road was platted by Leach as a private road for the use of the lot owners in the subdivision and that it never became a public road, first...
