By deed dated August 31, 1949, and recorded September 2, 1949, Title Insurance and Trust Company conveyed a 40-foot nonexclusive easement for road purposes to the record owners of the North Half of Section Two "abutting upon the easement hereby conveyed, in severalty, by the same tenure as they now hold said property of record."
