This is an appeal by Baer Brothers, Inc., appellant, from a judgment against it, and in favor of Ross G. Keller, Sr., appellee.
On February 25, 1954, about 10 A.M., a collision occurred between appellant's truck and appellee's automobile, operated by appellee, near Cumberland, Maryland. No question is raised in this appeal as to the liability
