This matter comes before this Court upon a petition for review filed by the Trustee in Bankruptcy. The Trustee seeks review of the order of the Referee in Bankruptcy which sustained the validity of a conditional sales contract, given by the bankrupt, on the ground that it was properly recorded. The question presented is whether the conditional sales contract was properly recorded in accordance with Me.R.S.1954, Chapter 119, § 9,
