LOTTINGER, Judge.

This is a suit for damages for personal and property damages resulting from a motor vehicle accident. Suit is against the liability insurer of Dewey Miller, d/b/a Dewey Miller Contracting Company. Trial was before a jury, and judgment was awarded petitioner in the sum of $19,390. Defendant has appealed.
