This is the second appearance in this Court of this controversy, which arose out of events occurring in 1951. See 207 F.2d 434. The National Labor Relations Board on December 19, 1952, determined that the respondents, who were partners in the processing of live poultry at Gentry, Arkansas, had violated Section 8(a) (1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 61 Stat. 136, 140, 29 U.S.C.A. ...
